It was a long time coming, but I finally got around to bringing my camera with my on another outing. As I have probably mentioned a few times before, we try to explore an area at a time since London is so vast. This Saturday we went to Blackheath. We walked through the village, and completely fell in love. It resemble East Dulwich where we live now, only slightly bigger and a bit more going on. Cute local pubs and small eateries, and most importantly it is close to massive green spaces. We walked from Blackheath, across the actual heath ending up in Greenwich Park. On top of the park there is an observatory, and you have 180 degree views over London. From Canary Wharf to the Shard. Amazing !
Also this was one of the few warm days (I use the term warm loosely) we have had recently, and I chose to wear some bright colours, which are new additions to my wardrobe.
